Outsourcing System

I write this blog when read article in E-Internet. This inform  jabodetabek employee would demo around senayan building to claim Outsourcing system. This condition make unfair condition between management and employee. Apperently would influence working and pruduction system. As employee , they want equilibrium  between management and employee with facility that being given for all stackholder. 

For company, why they want to move outsourching system ?? Real reason that company get process by low cost, efficiency and more specific to release a lot of problem. They considered by outsource this, it can reduce responsibility because they have specific core that must be finished. Government had control by basic constitution " Company could hand over part its job to another company though treaty with each other by written".

Because of this condition, outsourcing can be clarified by 2 kinds :
a. Grouping control
consists of delivering responsibility to vendor outsourcing, Vendor must be able to release suitable with treaty   begin worker, salary and other working system. Working that can be delivered can be measured volume and fee for each other
b. Personal control
different with grouping control, vendor just give authoritized personally to handel and control responsibility. Vendor have responsibility for all worker in another company. Claim will being given if cannot suitable with standarization before. Before it, vendor must filter quality and integrity for employee to be deliver in that company. 

For company, there are several advantages :
a. Focus on major competition
By doing outsourcing, company just only focus on their core and give another core to another company. Apperently this strategic can reduce cost product and cost maintenance. For example, if your company move on manufacturing system, to increase production system, we must focus on this core and neglect maintenance for machine and power. 
b. Control operational cost
One of the main reasons for outsourcing is an opportunity to reduce and control operating costs. Companies that manage their own human resources will have a financial structure that is greater than the company that handed the management of its human resources outsourcing vendor. This happens because the outsourcing vendor to play with the "economics of scale" (large-scale economies) in managing human resources.
Similarly, manufacturing companies, more and more products are produced, the smaller the per-product costs incurred. For vendor outsourcing, more and more human resources are managed, the smaller the per-person cost is also incurred.
In addition, because the problem is the core-business employment, efficiency in managing human resources outsourcing vendor is a major concern.
By shifting employment issues to the vendor outsourcing, companies can make cost savings by removing the budget for investments in the field of employment, including reducing the human resources required to carry out the activities of labor administration. This of course will reduce corporate overhead costs and the funds saved could be used for other projects that are directly related to improving the quality of products / services.
